Pizza de queso y calabacín Producto de Emilia-Romagna

Ingredientes

  • 500 gr de harina de trigo
  • 350 gr de Cirio Especial Pizza
  • 100 gr de mozzarella
  • 100 gr de queso ahumado provolone
  • 1 calabacín
  • Albahaca fresca
  • 300 ml de agua tibia
  • 20 gr de levadura fresca
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Sal
  • Azúcar

Preparación

  1. Disolver en un poco de agua tibia la levadura y el azúcar.
  2. Posteriormente, mezclar en un recipiente la harina, una cucharada de aceite, la levadura disuelta, la sal y, poco a poco, el resto del agua.
  3. Amasarlo todo durante unos minutos, cubrir el recipiente con un paño de cocina húmedo y dejar la masa crecer durante 1 hora aproximadamente hasta que doble su volumen.
  4. Cuando esté lista la masa, extenderla y colocarla sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
  5. Añadir sobre ella Cirio Especial Pizza sazonado con sal, aceite, albahaca y una pizca de azúcar.
  6. Aplicar encima la mozzarella, el provolone y el calabacín cortado a tiras. Hornear a 200° durante unos 15 minutos.
  7. Decorar con albahaca fresca.
