Tagliatelle a la boloñesa Producto de Emilia-Romagna

Ingredientes

  • 350 gr de tagliatelle al huevo
  • 300 gr de Cirio Especial Pasta, 300 gr de carne picada
  • 150 gr de tocino fresco
  • Apio
  • Zanahoria
  • Cebolla
  • 1/2 vaso de vino blanco
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Sal
  • Queso parmigiano reggiano

Preparación

  1. En una sartén, saltear con un poco de aceite el apio picado, la zanahoria y la cebolla, añadir el tocino cortado en dados y derretir a fuego lento.
  2. Añadir la carne picada, freír, y a continuación, el vino blanco y dejar que se evapore por completo.
  3. Por último, añadir Cirio Especial Pasta y dejar cocer a fuego lento durante aproximadamente una hora con sal.
  4. Posteriormente, hervir los tagliatelle, escurrirlos una vez que estén al dente, mezclarlos con la salsa de carne y rallar el queso parmigiano reggiano.
